Delete Your PinPoint Account

How to permanently delete your account and data from PinPoint, operated by Deal Online.

You can delete your PinPoint account at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (instant)

Open the PinPoint app.
Go to Profile.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm. Your account and data are removed.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you can't access the app, send us a deletion request and we'll process it.

Please send the request from the email address linked to your account, or include the phone number you registered with, so we can verify and locate your account. We will complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Data	Deleted?
Your profile (name, phone / Google account)	Yes — permanently removed
Your connections (family members linked to you)	Yes — removed
Your location data	Yes — removed (location history is also auto-deleted after 24 hours)
Your alerts and device tokens	Yes — removed

Note: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, you will stop sharing your location and will be removed from any family members you were connected with. If you only want to stop sharing temporarily, you can pause sharing or disconnect inside the app instead of deleting your account.
